Why We Ask for a Signature

Airlines will not deal with a third party without proof that the passenger has authorised it, and courts require either a power of attorney or an assignment of the claim. That is why, after the eligibility check, you receive an electronic document to sign — one per adult passenger, with parents signing for children. Nothing is sent to the airline before that signature, and you can withdraw within 14 days without any charge. The signed authorisation is also what allows us to request your flight's operational data from the airline and, if needed, to file in court in your name or ours.

What If You Already Claimed Yourself?

That is often the best starting point. Send us the airline's reply along with your booking, and we pick up from the rejection: requesting the evidence the airline did not provide, escalating to the regulator or ADR scheme, and litigating if necessary. The fee is the same 35% of whatever is recovered, and there is no charge for the assessment.

Tips for Filling In the Form

  • Flight number and date: these are on your booking confirmation and boarding pass (for example "FR 1234" and the departure date, not the booking date). If you connected, give the first and last flight of the booking.
  • What happened: a sentence is enough — "cancelled at the gate, rebooked next day", "arrived 3 h 40 min late", "denied boarding, overbooked". If the airline gave a reason, quote it.
  • Passengers: list everyone on the booking; each passenger has an individual claim, and adults sign their own authorisation.
  • Documents: a booking confirmation is the only essential document. Boarding passes, receipts for meals or hotels and the airline's messages strengthen the claim but can be added later.

After You Submit

Within one business day you receive an email with the assessment: eligible, not eligible, or "needs a document". If eligible, the email contains an electronic authorisation to sign; the written claim goes to the airline within three business days of your signature. From then on you are updated at every stage — airline reply, escalation, court filing, payment — and can contact your case handler by email, phone, WhatsApp or Viber. There is nothing to pay at any point: our 35% fee is deducted only from compensation actually received.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our system checks your flight against airline data, weather records, and EU261 regulations. While the initial check gives a strong indication, our legal team does a thorough review of every case before proceeding.

No problem! Your booking confirmation email or e-ticket reference is usually sufficient. We can work with whatever documentation you have.

Absolutely. We use 256-bit encryption and comply with GDPR. Your data is used exclusively for processing your claim and is never sold to third parties.

If we don't successfully secure your compensation, you owe us nothing. Zero hidden fees, no upfront costs, no credit card required. Our commission is only deducted from the compensation amount once the airline pays.
